Ohio Looking To Regulate Autodrafting Teams In Fantasy Sports Leagues

(Columbus, OH) -- The Ohio Casino Control Commission is looking to add new regulations to fantasy sports gambling.

Details of rules the commission has been working on for over a year were released yesterday with a ban on autodrafting players among them. The rule would only apply where the operator takes a cut but not in friendly amateur leagues among friends.

Officials say the autodraft feature removes a skill component in fantasy gaming which then places it outside the requirement of state law.
